I love Drenth's. As a traveling social worker, I need to keep my car running all the time. Drenth's always does a good job quickly and at a fair price. As a woman, I have often been a target at this type of business. It is assumed that I know nothing about cars which isn't exactly true but it's true enough for people to try to get over. Drenth's provides clear diagnostics, posted, standardized pricing for parts and labor, explains in detail whatever you might want to know and I am not treated like an idiot.
The two counter guys are knowledgeable and friendly. They give me the facts and let me decide what I want to do. I also like getting oil change and other coupons on their website. I think that they are honest mechanics and that they are working to earn my business.
Took my daughters car there to get a leak fixed. They said we needed a radiator and to have the coolant system flushed and upper and lower hoses for a total of $600. 4 weeks later it was still leaking so we had someone else look at it and the coolant was black and had chunks of plastic in it. Obviously it was never flushed. When confronted they said they would test it to see if oil or transmission fluid was mixed in. When we asked how they would test it they said " we have ways", never a straight answer from these guys. We will never return to them. The customer service is just as terrible as their work. It is as if your bothering them when you ask questions. Save your money and find a different shop!!
