This place is Heaven Sent. I haven't been to a dentist in years because of a bad experience and needed dental work ASAP. This place not only got me in on a Saturday but had a calming atmosphere and had great customer service. They worked with me and my insurance to make sure I get the greatest care possible. The doctors and staff were gentle, kind, and had my best interest in mind. The total office visit was about 5 hours (nothing the staff could control) and while my poor husband waited in the waiting room they offered him coffee and snacks. Recommend here to anyone that would listen. Great customer service and all in all top notch! We will be coming back very soon for all our Dental needs.
I highly recommend this office. My dog broke my tooth. I called in at 630pm on a Friday night and they told me to come right on in. When I arrived I was in pain and had been crying. The receptionist was very nice and made me feel welcome even though I looked a mess. The new patient paper work was done on a computer which was great so I didn't have to deal with sitting in a odd position to write on a clipboard and was very easy to fill out. The receptionist was very prompt with entering my information so a dental assistant could bring me back right away. The x ray machines are up to date and were easily accessible in the patient rooms. The dental assistant was very professional, kind, and attentive. Dr. Mohammed Khalil was very pleasant and made me feel at ease. Dr. Khalil was very thorough and detailed in my plan of care. He worked great with his staff and fixed me up in no time and may I say did an extraordinary job at fixing my tooth. On my way out the staff was pleasant greeting me good bye and very compassionate. Due to my hectic work schedule it was no problem to schedule my follow up because this office is OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK 9am to 9pm! That's right folks super accommodating office, wonderful staff, amazing Doctor, super clean facility easily accessible, and parking. Thank you to Dr. Khalil and his staff who were very sensitive to my situation and I look forward to a long and happy future with your office
When we got to ImmediaDent, we were welcomed with open arms and warm smiles. The service was very excellent! It was quick, gentle, and very efficient service. I enjoyed the laughter and easy-going environment. They were quick to help us within the same day appointments. I had no trouble whatsoever. I was very pleased with the accurate, non-painful procedures. Look out ImmediaDent, you will be seeing us again very soon!
My crown came off, so I immediately called and was able to just go there and walk right in! The staff is so helpful and kind! I ended up switching dentists because the hours here are incredible, and they are very flexible with appointments and payments! Very little wait time as well when I came in a few days later to get some cavities that they found when I walked in to get my un-crowned tooth looked at. Overall they made me actually like going to the dentist! I would definitely recommend for emergency’s and even just regular check ups!
Walked in yesterday to see if they could help me with my extensive dental issues and was pleasantly surprised. Everyone in the office is beyond welcoming. They are completely thorough and explain the entire process they take you through. I had an appointment today for an extraction and four fillings. Dr. Kay, Paula, and Christian took excellent care of all my needs. Can't wait to return.
