This is a very great immediate care clinic they are very caring and patient.I bring my entire family here when out doctor is not available or it's not a life threatening emergency. The service is great and the physicians are professional and attentive. The service is normally swift, I've never waited more than 30 minutes to be seen. I'm very satisfied with the service at Midwest Express Clinic.
Amy & Heather were awesome! Went in on my lunch break for an ear issue and cold symptoms. The staff got me in right away. I was extremely happy with my experience.

Docs are very thorough and knowledgeable, they take their time and seem to genuinely care about the well-being of their patients. Staff is friendly and helpful. Office/rooms are always clean, and I've never waited more than 20 mins to be called back. I prefer being seen here than at a general doctor's office.
I went and saw them for a second time about a month ago for a cold and my asthma. I explained while I was being seen that last time I came they started me on Breo and it is not covered. I told them how I paid out of pocket for it the first time witch was over 300.00. I asked them to fill out a prior authorization so it would be covered. They assured me that was no problem. I told them I had 6 days left of my meds. My pharmacy has tried to get this done and called them numerous times and sent the paperwork to them several other times. I have called about it 3 different times. The woman who said it was her responsibility to deal with these explained they only do them Monday through Friday and she was sorry for the delay. Witch is fine if they ever did it. She told me she was going to hang up with me and call them immediately and get that started and would call me back. I was never called back I gave them my work and cell. Almost a month later and I still have no breo and no prior authorization has been done.
