Worst customer service ever! Don't bother unless you enjoy being treated like you're inconveniencing them.
This place rocks!!! I used to twist my charge cord in extreme yoga-like positions to charge my IPhone. Finally my IPhone decided it wouldn't charge anymore. I brought it to BPB, and they knew exactly how to fix it even though it was dead as nail. Better yet, they fixed it same day and at a reasonable rate. Not only is my phone charging but it is charging better than before my phone died. If you're phone has a funky charger, stop into BPB and let them fix it. Thanks for your help and friendly staff's hospitality!
Very satisfied with my visit to this batteries plus bulbs location. We came in with a cracked screen and Jodi was very helpful/personable. They gave us an exact time estimate of when it would be fixed, so we went next door to a good burger place called Burgerhaus, came back and everything was ready to go. Service efficient and friendly. Would definitely keep giving them my business
Took my phone in for a new battery it was discharging quickly. Picked it up and the earpiece didn't work only on speakerphone could I use the phone. I returned the phone and Jody the manager said that part of phone is never touched but she would look at it. Well she replaced a part and the phone worked, was reassembled and once again didn't work. Jody opened phone back up and seems like the logic board overheats which burned up the part that works the phone ear speaker. She one again replaced that part, put a new screen on and did a couple other technical things and the phone now works but obviously has an issue which probably is causing the battery to discharge. They did all this extra at NO CHARGE in order to make the phone useable. They went above and beyond to make me happy and in the process have made me a lifetime customer. Thank you!
Car battery replacement. Comes with installation. Saved me the hassle/$20-40 right there. The guy that replaced my battery was quick, professional, and went the extra mile to point out things he observed when I had the hood open. Granted B+ was his second job and he worked with cars as his primary job, but it was the unprompted extra effort that I appreciated. Thanks!
