My wife bought me a $800.00 snow blower, it got delivered today and I found a different /better Troy snow blower I wanted instead. Same price and all. Followed the delivery truck back to the store and was going to exchange it for the one I wanted. A error on the way the manager Mike made it so I could not get the one I wanted. Note : same price different brand. Because my wife wasn't there and he returned it instead of exchanging it , I am now at Home Depot buying the one I wanted. And it's 20 bucks cheaper. Great job Mike
Bought a dishwasher 11/17. Was to be contacted by 3rd party installer within 48 hrs. Today is 11/22 and no contact after talking with store management on 3 occasions, Lowe’s installation service on 3 occasions and leaving 5 voice mails with installation company. I canceled order today (11/22) and bought elsewhere and will be installed o 11/24. No one at Lowe’s seemed to care that 6 days before Thanksgiving we had no dishwasher. Oh, this afternoon (11/22) the 3rd party installer finally called. Told them I cancelled the order and all I got was an “ok”. Very disappointed with my entire experience!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!!
My check didn't read properly at the register. Instead of manually typing it in the girl just said I can't take this. So I charged it. I bought a 25,000 but air conditioner that weighed 148 lbs. No one assisted me loading it into my truck. Employee's walked by gathering carts and offered no assistance. I'm 57 yrs old! Extremely poor service!
If I could rate no stars, that would be more appropriate. Absolutely the worst customer service from incompetent staff, shift supervisors, and store managers. I had always enjoyed shopping here until first my boyfriend went to garden area, stood for 5 minutes with employees looking at him, never asking if they could help him. He walked out. Then, because I already initiated measurements and process for purchasing a door, we went to pick door and it went downhill from there. The wrong door was ordered, I stood at the counter for 2 hours for the order to still be wrong. The shift supervisor was suppose to discount my order, not even a response from me calling corporate got their attention until I called to speak to store manager, who was clueless as well. No apology for their lack of communication or complete screw up regarding my order or professionalism for that manner. He did honor the discount and attempted to straighten things out only because I wanted my order cancelled. Later called regarding my interior door, to find that the wrong door was still ordered. I would have been pissed if it had come to my house wrong. Store manager still did not apologized but stated that "I'm trying to help you fix your order" as if it was my problem to begin with. He ended up ordering the door that I initially asked for to begin with that was $261.00 cheaper I made total 3 payment and spent numerous phone calls, even received calls from staff not update about my order asking me to pay for it when this was already completed. A complete and utter stressful mess. I have done many large projects in the past and involved in home rehabs, needless to say they have definitely lost my business and others who have heard and have actually witnessed my nightmare.
If I could possibly leave less than a one star I would. I walked in to buy a riding lawnmower, not to look, to buy. I told the gentleman behind the counter those exact words and he didn’t seem to have the time of day, he first said they didn’t have them, when I told them I saw online they had 4 or 6 (don’t remember exactly) then he said he didn’t know where they were, then he asked if I had a trailer and I said I had a pickup. He told me it wouldn’t fit in my pick up. I had the exact model that I wanted, I planned on buying it and the bagger that night. Almost $2000 dollars for a 30min transaction tops. That is a horrible way to do business.
