Went to this facility I had severely hurt my pinky toe. Wait and reception was fine. Healthcare was terrible. The Dr. did not look at my toe. He order an X-ray which was done incorrectly for my injury. It was non weight bearing. I was told my toe was not fractured it was bruised. He did nothing. You can see that it is fractured just by looking at it. Today I went to a podiatrist since the pain was incredible. My toe is fractured in 3 places. I paid 25.00 co-pay and my insurance will be billed for basically no health care at all. Awful care.
We were told we would have to wait for an hour and had to wait over 3 hours to be called back while they took others that came after us first. Then when we were unable to get our prescription, they refused to help us out by getting a prior authorization from our insurance so that my son could get access to his medication. He was diagnosed with a highly infectious skin ailment and needed medicine asap so he would not risk spreading it, but they refused to help us even though our doctor's office was closed and would not be open for the holiday. They also refused to give us a different prescription instead of the one they gave us since we couldn't fill it, telling us to use something over the counter, even though there is not an over the counter option for his diagnosis. To top it off, both the receptionist and nurse Susan were rude and unhelpful. Susan basically began yelling at me telling me that I should know better to take him to the urgent care and should take him to my doctor instead, even though they were closed. She was extremely unprofessional and I would not want her to be the nurse handling my information for a hang nail let alone something serious or infectious.
Convienent location and nicely decorated urgent care clinic. However, I waited over two and a half hours to see the doctor. There were 5 people ahead of me. It should not have taken that long. The doctor must move like a sloth. So much for “urgent” care here.
I have always used this location but tonight might be the last. Went in with symptoms that I have had before and knew what the diagnosis had been in the past. When the doctor comes in he is telling me how it can't be that and was laughing at me. It was 7:58 and they close at 8:00. He came and tried to diagnose me with something that he said was really serious. If it were that serious then wouldn't you need more than 2 minutes to come to the right diagnosis. Ridiculous. I felt like he just wanted to go home. The nurse couldn''t/wouldn't listen when I said I do not agree nor will I take that medicine. Go somewhere else that cares about you and won't try to diagnose you with something that you know you don't have, just so they can go home.
My son burned his hand trying to touch our fireplace and brought him in for treatment. Waited for hours!!! The dr. Was googling how to treat the burn then had me take my son to the car only to have him come back in to stall us out and make it sound like we were abusing our child. He didn’t know what the hell he was doing. Sorry case indeed. Never go there if you need URGENT care
