I order a personal Pizza at least once a week. I tried them for the first time when I got a job here at Toyota. They are right around the corner from us. I have had it a few times now it is fantastic. I also have had their roast beef sandwiches which is good. Try their very large chocolate chip cookies they are also good. I will always come back to this place.
Update: Today I called in to the store and the owner wouldn't even get on the phone with me. He wanted me to BRING THE RAW PIZZA IN!! What a loon. The cashier was flustered and even admitted that I wasn't the first person to have issues. I asked to be refunded or at least credited for the purchase price so I could give them another chance. She relayed the owner's words verbatim, "He can call his card company and dispute it, or we will give him a $10 credit if he brings the pizza in. He can go ahead and do what he has to do." Are you kidding me? That's how you treat your customers? That's your response? Are you a back-woods savage?Absolutely unacceptable. I will make sure that the next time I'm sitting back with family or friends or co-workers, and pizza comes up in conversation, Capri's will never be an option. What a terrible experience.
Update #2: In response to the Owners response I have uploaded a picture of the order so everyone can judge their integrity for themselves. You can see what time I placed the order along with the lie in their response. They never once asked me for a picture on the phone. Nevertheless the pizza was in the garbage, where it belonged, so even if I had taken a picture (I wish I would have) I wouldn't have known to send them one because that was never proposed as an option until they deemed it an appropriate lie for the folks reading this. I have also taken a screenshot of their response in the event they decide to edit theirs. How taking a picture of a day old pizza or forcing a customer to root around in their garbage is an appropriate solution is beyond me. Buyer beware. I have contacted my credit card company and they have assured me the money will be taken from Capri's and returned to me. If anyone else has this problem I suggest you do the same.
As of tonight no longer will be going here. I have been disappointed the last few times going here because of the service and quality of food. My husband keeps giving them a chance till tonight. First I order two Italian beef sandwich combos with Au jus and a veggie basket. They tell me 30 minute wait for my order. I'm fine with that except when I get there in 20 they have my order sitting in the heating cabinet. It takes another 5 minutes before they get to me to pay. So how long was my food ready for? This happen the last time I went there too. Then I was charged for Au jus for the beef sandwiches wth!? They ended up refunding the money for the Au jus when my husband went back in. It gets better. We get home no fries, no Au jus and the Veggie basket was over cooked and full of jalapeno poppers. I don't know when jalapeno poppers were part of a veggie basket but thats the way they serve it there. If I wanted poppers I would of ordered them. We call about the fries and they only wanted to refund $3 for the fries, not even offer to replace the meals they screwed up. I have bit my tongue for to long about this place but enough is enough. No more Capris!
First delivery order and probably my last. For a $30 deep dish pizza I expect it to at least be cooked. The dough was raw and after a single bite and inspection to confirm (I worked at Aurelio's for about a year) it was promptly tossed in the trash. The order arrived on time but without any of the napkins/silverware I requested and they "completely forgot" my 2 liter. The driver told me "Were closed now and you were our last delivery so you'll just have to call in tomorrow". What a joy. No biggie though, I know things happen. I'll call back tomorrow.
Everything was great from the food to the staff! Thanks for welcoming our family!
This is not the first time we have had problems but definitely last time I order. Order was over 30 mins late because they were waiting on a delivery driver not sure how long my food was just sitting there or if it would even be warm. They weren't going to compensate us of course or didn't offer so I canceled the order. Looks like they are going down hill fast because I see lots of 1 stars recently. Also the manager barely spoke English which isn't going to help anyone when you are both trying to communicate over the phone(side note I'm Mexican). Order somewhere else there are plenty of great pizza places in the area for instance Giordanos.
