Y'all need to stop getting offended by little Caesar's. This place hasn't changed since the 90s, so they do it like it's the 90s. If you've never had to lock your car doors while getting pizza, this is not the pizza for you. If you order the fancy pan pizza, it's not going to be "hot and ready". You will wait while they cook the pan pizza.
Standing here waiting again for the hot and ready that are NEVER ready at this location! The pizza is made well, but never a quick stop. Hit and miss with staff! One chick looks like she lines her job, everyone else talks to the customers as if bored. 630 pm and 4 people waiting ahead of me!
I made an order for most extra bestest pizza ever. Waited for about 15 to 20 minute seen them put it in the ready oven. Watch someone walk in and order 2 of the same pizza, not called in but literally place the order it there. Wait there's more. There was another guy two people ahead of me who's order got screw up worst. I usually don't get mad enough to tell someone that's bullsxxt. But today was one of them days.
I called multiple times to place an order for 6 pizzas and crazy bread. All three times I got no answer. I came in and informed them, that I needed 6 pizzas. The lady at the register responded with a very uncalled for eye roll along with attitude and said "uhm....wow" like she just couldn't believe it. We told her we tried calling and her only response was "yeah we were busy" but as we're sitting in the lobby waiting for our pizzas the phone rang 3 times and was ignored every single time... we were the only ones in the lobby. I also asked for a receipt and she never gave me one. I ended up asking a different lady. Very poor customer service for such a new pizza place
