The job is meticulous. Everything was spot on perfect. And as my husband shared with them it is not to often that my wife gives a PERFECT!. Very personable/professional crew. Very respectful of each other. Worked so well together! Fred came back the next day to pick up pay for the job and he stayed about a half hour to talk to my husband and myself. What a great guy with a great story . He has been in business for 40 years and some of his crew has been with him 25 plus years. His son and nephew are instrumental in the success of the company. Do not hesitate to hire Fred and his crew! I will not go anywhere else for future jobs. I now have a painter and carpenter his nephew Jimmy that I will rely on in the future for hire. I threw the dart and searched the internet and for local companies in the Schererville and surrounding area. I picked Fred's Painting Contractor. How could you go wrong with a name like Fred right? Fred Mooney told me he would be out the next day around 4pm. Well he was walking my property at 8 in the morning. Early not late??? Great first impression. Later that day he emailed me a very fair price quote. What I LOVED is that we asked for a cedar siding paint quote but Fred also made recommendation to caulk around brick/windows, painting the garage door, replacing the garage door etc. His years of expertise and keen eye knew we needed more work that anticipated. We hired him and his crew for the job. Fred estimated they could complete in 1 1/2 days. A couple days later I arrived home from work and thought someone had died with all the cars/trucks in front of my house (joke of course) pulling up their is a crew of approx 8 men on ladders caulking all sides. 2 hours later they were off and we were told they would be back on Monday at 7:30 am. Crew of approx 7-8 showed and got right to it. Jimmy removed garage door and replaced. Not an easy task as not done correctly the first time and he had to work his magic. He did it is perfectly! I took off for work and arrived back home by 4pm and they were finishing up. 2 coats sprayed and back brushed, trim another color completed! Exceptional job.
I will say I have not experienced top notch service like this from anyone in a long time! I wish there were more stars to give them. We were in a pinch. I hired another company to paint our 3000 sq Cedar Exterior Home and they did not deliver what was promised. So we had to fire them and look for a company to complete our exterior job.
