C. YOU CALL .5HRS BEFORE GETTING TO NEXT JOB & CALL ME ONCE
Called at 0900 and was told that someone would arrive in two hours. At the two hour mark they called and stated that the technician was in route. Every hour they called and stated that they were in route. It was 4 hours later that we decided to cancel service with them and use a local harder working person who does not waste time or your money. I will NEVER use your service and I will ensure that my extended family or friends NEVER use your service either. Horrible professionalism and very misleading with service time.
D. I CALL BACK & YOU CAN'T GIVE ME A TIME THAT YOU STILL WOULD BE HERE
T E R R I B L E..... Can't even comment on a service provided cause THEY CANT EVEN GET TO THE JOB SCHEDULED TO. I scheduled an appointment to happen between the hours of 8am to 12pm (mind you this was done via internet at 5am). I get a verification email from them stating I would get service between 8am & 10am (thinking great, right). 10:54am I get a call saying that the worker is running late and he'll call me a half hour before getting to me. Waiting waiting waiting and I fall asleep with phone by me and at 2:20pm there was a message on my phone from the worker talking to his dispatch. Couldn't get ahold of this person.
Worst service ever. I waited four hours. They called ten minutes before they were supposed to show up, and cancelled on me. I understand, problems happen; but calling this late? Knowing you were running behind? That makes no sense. I will never use this service ever again. I had to miss work, for no one to show up. Ridiculous.
B. YOU COULDNT HOLD YOUR TIME THAT YOU SAID NOR THE TIME I SCHEDULED
Not once, but twice these assholes cancelled on me. I needed work done urgently and called last Friday. They said "No problem, we'll have someone out tomorrow 10 to 2." I made sure she understood it was essential and they assured me that I didn't need to worry. Well, guess what? That didn't happen. I got a phone call saying" We apologize, we can't get someone out until Monday", being a reasonable human being who works 60 hours in a retail establishment I understand that things happen. So I said "No problem, does the same time work?", to which they agreed. It's now 1 o clock and I just received a phone call saying "We apologize, but we have to reschedule again." I told her this was ridiculous and it's the second time they've cancelled on me....and she laughed, literally snorted like a barn animal. I don't know what world you live in or how you run your business but treating people like that is a real bad decision! Unfortunately for them what they DIDN'T know is that they HAD (emphasis on had) my store on route 30's business for the last 12 years and it being a 30,000 square foot commercial building required service on a semi annual basis. YOU CAN KISS THAT GOODBYE! I called Norms plumbing and they will be here within an hour, highly recommended instead of these clowns!

Service came within 2 hours of calling in for help. Thomas was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made me feel like I can call them for help anytime I need! Excellent service.
This is terrible customer service! Thanks for wasting my time BUT NOT MY MONEY. CAUSE IF YOUR SERVICE IS ANYTHING LIKE PUNCTUALITY IT WOULD IF BEEN A WASTE.....
