Was just on hold only to get pricing for over 20 minutes by an automated system. A real person never picked up the phone. I texted with an Amanda Lopez Administrative Assistant who said to call and someone would be there until 6pm even though it says 7pm on the google forum here. If this is how they filter their calls, imagine how much attention they will give the wedding.
We hired Chantal to be the day of wedding coordinator at our wedding and she kept us on track, worked worked with all of day of vendors, and made everything happen just the way we wanted it to!
