Friendly people and staff members. Makes my coffee perfect every time.
They may get the order incorrect from time to time, but they are always pleasant. And everybody deserves a little grace for human error.
They would not honor the 3-6 iced coffee special, called to ask about it and the lady told me they dont honor it when it clearly has a sign on the drive through, not happy about the situation
The man that works overnights that walks a little funny deserves a raise, he's really polite and very very nice too. you can tell he works hard and its sad that the reviews for this store are so poor because the customer service is great. This man is a boss.
Not my 1st, 2nd or 3rd time there, I live in the area... I will try Dyer instead. Stale coffee. My bagel was not an everything bagel like I ordered. Not sure what is was as it was over toasted. Not their fault but the new bagel tastes FAKE and chemically made!!! :(
