Once I get out this vehicle I AM DONE with BMW, especially BMW of Scherville.
Hands down one of the best dealerships I've been to and there's a guy name Aaron who is really polite that handles the service department who is fantastic to handle customers and their concerns. If I could give him 10 stars i would.
I have been told my BMW financial that this dealership and most BMW dealership are misleading their customers. And I can honestly say I BELIEVE THEM!!!
Just been there they didn’t show us special offer that is actually on the car! They asked us what level of education we have and since it university they couldn’t speak with us obviously! Ah don’t forget to try chat service!!!!! They don’t respond! What is the average level of education of employees at Bmw??Just shame on you! If you need calculator then please learn to calculate right!
I was recently put into a LEASE, not a car I chose but one that was chose for me. I only agreed to take the car because I was told that I could bring the car back in 12 months, to either release it or purchase the car.
I return 12 months later as instructed only to be told to work on my credit. My car note is so high I'm embarrassed to share it. The dollar amount they are asking for is affecting me financially, emotionally & mentally. The stress its causing me is unbelievable!!!
