Tracy Harrington, who is a finance manager in Napleton has terrible attitude. She called me because she needed my signature on some documents and one of papers should be notarized by my local bank. I asked my salesman about the paper before sending the it back but he told me just sent them back to the dealership. She wanted me to pay one-day overnight shipping fee. The issue was totally their fault but she was trying to pass the buck to me. I explained everything then she told me to send a cut check then I sent the paper by one-day overnight shipping. However, after I sent out the paper, she never answered my phone and texts during more than two weeks. I just received some papers last night but I could not find the paper that I paid Texas sales tax and could not find the cut check that she supposed to make.. She never responded me even though I attached some pics of the papers I received.
Napleton MB is the worst MB dealership. They have completely no clue how to do the business.
When I received the vehicle, blindspot assistance function did not work. A message popped up often that I should check owner's manual but I couldn't because the salesman did not put it in. Wheels (3 of 4) have some deep scratches. Of course, most pre-owned one might have some swirls or scratches on wheels but the salesman did not tell me about that when I asked him about overall condition of the vehicle.
Juan Barnes was the sales representative I had the pleasure of working with during my purchasing experience. He was very patient with me during my indecisiveness and assisted me in choosing the car that best suited me. I am completely satisfied! He even reached out after my purchase to answer any questions I may have had. Thank you Juan for your excellent service!
Moreover, footrest was broken and loose so I needed to visit my local MB service to repair. They replaced whole carpet unit on the driver’s side and re-installed the footrest (thankfully, my vehicle is still under original factory warranty so there was no charge for that).
1 star rating is too much for them. Stay away from the dealership.

I had to wait for 50 days to have a new spare key and the manual. They did not correct tax for 40 days so I could not register my vehicle during that time.
This is 100% actual feedback. The NAPLETON Mecedes Benz is such a joke. I purchased 2012 CPO E63 AMG from them on Aug 10th (Mike Quinn was my salesman). The dealership is located in Indiana but I live in Texas so I paid extra $850 for delivery fee. However, when I received the vehicle on Aug 14th, I could not find spare key, owner's manual set and they did not fill up the gas. The vehicle had only less than quarter tank. Two keys and owner's manual set must come with the vehicle because the vehicle is a CPO. Filling up the gas also should be provided.
She has totally different face before/after. She has no clue how to communicate with customers and no clue how to work efficiently. She never apologized me even though she did not correct tax for 40 days. Speechless.
Walked out of this location not too long ago after looking for a new vehicle and just had to write this review. The manager at the Schererville is a pretentious joke. Sat at the desk with his hands behind his head being acting like he's above the world. Took a lot of strength not to just laugh and walk out mid conversation. The salesman was nice but just can't get over that manager. What's interesting is that the salesman pretty much sold me on the vehicle but after a visit from that manager, not happening. I'll stick with the Chicago locations I'm accustomed to.
They always treat me good. When I had a minor issue a couple of years ago the supervisor stepped in and accommodated me greatly. I will continue to shop Benz
