Two technicians from the Stove Shop just left my house 5 minutes ago. They were extremely rude and did not have any knowledge of the service arrangements I had made with the store which were to clean out the fireplace, replace the ceramic logs, replace the embers, and replace the grate, all of which I was told would be on the technicians truck and I would pay for. When I told the technician that I was told these items would be available on the service truck, he said " you don't know what you're talking about". At that point I asked them to leave.
I decided that after 6 1/2 years of living in our home, our children were old enough to start using the fireplace. I called the Stove Shop, and from Terry's first visit to the house to explain what I needed for our fireplace to operate- to the install today- I am very satisfied. Honesty and intergrity combined with years of professionalism made working with the stove shop a smart choice. Thank you for your fair pricing and keeping your word about installation timing. Your recommendations about safety and usage give me peace of mind. I recommend this business!
