Went here to buy new kitchen backsplash. We walked in and no one looked up or said hi. We wandered around looking at the tile and looking for a sales person but no one ever approached us after about 30 min. It wasn't clear who worked there and there was some guy who I assumed worked there just sitting at the counter drinking coffee. The store had about 5-6 other customers in there. It was an odd experience but above that, all the tile was overpriced and pretty plain.
Excellent selection. Sales staff was very friendly and helpful.
