Eric did a great job explaining everything. He spent about an hour going through nearly every mattress in the store and answering every question. You can't beat the deal and value. Free setup, delivery, and take away. And like 60 days exchange no charge if you don't live the mattress.
ADDENDUM: ive since spoken with regional manager and am getting my pillows
Unfortunately, the customer service we received was severely lacking. My husband and I dealt with 2 separate "managers" on 2 occasions and both gentleman profusely complained about their computer system. We purchased a king tempurpedic (actually 2 twin xl's) with power bases. As an incentive, we were given $500.00 towards merchandise. We chose a mattress protector ( which we received), delivery/set up (no complaints there), and 2 tempurpedic pillows'$300.00- which we are still waiting for! The bed was purchased 2/2/17 and it is now 3/9/17! After stopping in the store, again, inquiring about this lengthy delay, were told they're still on back order. I spent 20 minutes trying to help the gentleman with computer as he "lost " our acct. The "manager" was frustrated and woefully untrained to assist us. We will NEVER purchase anything from this store again. 2 stars because we like the bed
Walked into the story to try out a few mattresses to get an idea of what I was looking for and was giving the absolute worst service. The salesman on the floor made be feel disrespected. When I told him I wasn't looking to purchase a mattress for another month or so his response was "so you're not looking to purchase for anther month?" "doesn't make sense to me." "come back and see me in a month." then walked away. I can guarantee you I will never be returning to this establishment again.
We have been a customer for over 10 years and I would never go anywhere else to buy a mattress. Jason is the best. great prices and great service. we have purchased t futons, multiple queen sets and several twin sets and bunky boards. some of the purchases were for our children as they moved out. While there are 7 competitions within a mile or so, I would only go to American Mattress. Great products, Great value and great service. you could not ask for anything more.
