This place was horrible to me. I showed up on Saturday evening for a reservation that I booked three months in advance. I had called to confirm my reservation prior to showing up. Everything was confirmed and good. However, when I showed up there was nobody present at the front desk. So I rang the bell. Finally, a lady came out and asked me for my last name to check me in. She then proceeds to tell me that they don't have a reservation for me. What??? I I told the lady that I called the day before to confirm and was told everything was good. She says "Well we don't have it." She tells me to wait just a minute. She walks aways to go talk to someone. She comes back out after a minute and tells me that some of the rooms had water damage and the reservation was cancelled. My response..."Well why didn't you guys notify me of this?" She says well that's not our job. She tells me to call the third party service who I booked it through. Unbelievable. DO NOT STAY HERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY RUDE.
Very nice rooms with super comfortable bed. Breakfast is good also. Only issues were the pool area and the heat-a/c was very loud in the room. Will stay again.

Stayed here a couple times. Overall happy with my stay. It seems to get busy and booked quickly so plan in advance. The have a business center, pool, gym, and free laundry, a pantry to purchase items, all the rooms have kitchenettes, they have a nice breakfast, they have free dinner and drinks Monday thru Wednesday. There's also a theater room off from the breakfast area. The room is nice a spacious and feels clean.
The suite we had was really spacious, and pristine. The furniture was very comfortable, and so we're the beds. The kitchenette was very clean as well, and stocked with all our needs. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to staying there again.
