Literally all the employees are dumber that a box of rocks. For starters no one was friendly. The check out service people were doing everything but checking people out like answering the phones, balancing the drawer and being unbelievably slow. It also appears that non of them had every seen a cash register in there life. Honestly I won't be going their again that's for sure.
I'm really happy NWI finally has a Nordstrom Rack! The store is spacious and has a good selection of merchandise. The designer section is pretty weak, definitely doesn't compare to the Racks in downtown Chicago, but that's to be expected given the location.
Very clean store. I know the store is new but everything is well organized and i saw nothing on the floors! Very excited they decided to finally come to schererville!
Good customer service remains Nordstrom's hallmark.... along with a comparable selection of quality merchandise I'm grateful for their new store in my area.
