I'm convinced that this store is on bull and they are very rude well Candy is. I have been here twice I thought my experience the first time was due to them being overwhelmed with people coming in at the same time and did not look though the stuff so they bought what they looked at from my daughters clothes until this experience. I bought in a bunch of baby clothes, freshly washed. And organized but colors size and sets. Some was brand new. They lady say come back in 30min to an hour and I stayed in the store to look for other things. So it's been about 15min and she say didn't u sell to us I'm like yes your finished already. She brings me the tote with the stuff they bought and it's like ten items. She say we have no need for these items and your shirts have some spots. I'm looking g at her like for real these a new onesies. She picked out some that had color and had a stain I could clearly see. All my son's clothes was worn once. So I say they don't look through the stuff and are prejudice cause when I came in last time this lady brought stuff that had missed pieces and dirty and they bought it. Dis I mention all my clothes are Carter's and Oshkosh what they ask for. I won't be selling there again. I will just donate terrible service.
I have taken things here many times. At first, they bought a lot and were friendly. Over time, they started buying less. I only bring the nicest and best. I had purchased from the store, children never wore the items, and was told the items had a spot or were too worn. Manager is.... um..... not friendly, would be the nice term. Also, I took outfits that had multiple pieces to sell, brand new. They chose not to purchase the outfits but I would have 1 or 2 pieces missing. When I commented on that, the..... uh...... not friendly, manager sneered at me. Just be watchful if you take items here.
My experience was ok. I only brought 3 holiday dresses, which they took. I've realized with this place, not to bring "basic" items. Clothes are tricky there but if you sell things like shoes, toys, furniture, strollers, etc. you're likely to get a sell...otherwise don't waste you're time. And when you really think about it, you can take the "basic" items to a good will or something. At least there, the items will be sold at a better price to someone who needs it. Not to mention you can get a tax receipt, so you'll still get money back for your items.
Poor service tried to sell them a Brand new Stroller and they refused to buy and called me a thief.I feel like this was racially motivated. I feel that way because I heard the employee mumble racist comments. I felt very disrespected and instead of getting money for my baby I left with a stroller that I don't need.
Decent prices, clean place, friendly stuff a lot of clothes, for diffrent ages, from sleep wear, customs, shoes, toys, to day cribs, n infant toys n accesories.
